Garden room extension
Garden room extension
The client had an old conservatory that had become a little tired over the years and found it too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter; therefore it was no longer being used to its full potential and was also taking up valuable space that could be put to better purposes. They decided that it was best to remove the conservatory and construct a garden room extension in its place so it could be used all year round.

Porch under existing canopy
The home owner was fed up of the drafty front door but didn’t want to change it for a new one as they liked the old hardwood style; it was decided to turn the open spaced covered entrance into a modern porch with a secure locking system leaving his original door in place.

Formed opening from existing dining room into new conservatory
Formed opening from existing dining room into new conservatory
In this instance the client’s had an old conservatory that was a little tired and a bit cold during the winter months and so it wasn’t being used to its full potential. It was decided to replace the existing conservatory with a new modern conservatory, this would have a pitched tiled thermally insulated roof and the latest A+ gas filled double glazing. By forming an opening between the existing dining room and new conservatory it has created a lovely warm usable are for both summer and the winter months.

Big porch under existing extension
The house owners felt that the open area carport wasn’t being used to its best potential so they decided to enclose it and create a big porch area that would double up as an extra room if required. It was designed in such a way that with a few minor internal alterations to the existing entrance, the living room could be extended an additional 1.5 metres in the future should the need arise!

We extended a typical three bedroom detached house to provide additional room, convenience and value to the property. In this instance the client required an extra bedroom to the rear and a large room which would become a study with a working craft room. To achieve this we built around and over the entire length of the existing garage, kitchen and utility. We removed part of the existing upper gable wall to the front bedroom which formed on large room. As you can see the extension looks as though it has always been there.

We extended a typical four bedroom detached house to provide additional room, convenience and value to the property. In this instance the client required an extra bedroom and the two existing small front and rear bedrooms enlarging. To achieve this we built over the entire length of the existing garage/utility and removed the existing upper gable wall to the front and rear bedrooms, by doing this it allowed the new build to become part of the existing room thus creating larger bedrooms. The additional bedroom was constructed between the front and rear bedrooms which is accessed off the landing.

The client had an old conservatory that had become a little tired over the years and was no longer being used to its full potential, it was also taking up valuable space that could be put to better purposes. They decided that it was best to remove the conservatory and construct an extension in its place. This would open up and extend the existing lounge/dining room into the new summer room which would feature the latest bi-fold patio doors to give them the additional light they required on the one side whilst giving them a spacious ground floor shower room in the other side.

Kitchen extension to rear of existing garage
In this instance the client had an old conservatory that was no longer in use and was taking up valuable space that could be put to better purposes, therefore it was decided that we would remove the conservatory and extend the existing kitchen outward by building on the rear of the existing garage. By removing part of the existing kitchen gable wall it opened up the entire area to form one large kitchen.
